after numerous tours as part of Avantasia, Rock Meets Classic and as mastermind of the successful Pink Floyd Tribute Echoes the exceptional singer and guitarist Oliver Hartmann now presents his new fifth studio album „Shadows & Silhouettes“ with Hartmann after nearly four years break since the latest release "Balance". The new album will be released on 30th of September on the artist owned label SONIC11 in cooperation with Pride & Joy Music.
Supported by guest musicians as the well-known session keyboarder Jimmy Kresic (Rock Meets Classic, The Roots, Soundtopia), Miro Rodenberg (Avantasia) and also the Prague cellist Irena Morisáková and violinist Adéla Peckováthe album contains 12 extra class songs combining modern melodic Rock („Irresisitible“, „Glow“ „High on you“, I would murder for you“) with many acoustic („The letting go“, „Shadow in my eyes“, „Still the same“) and partly very intimate moments („Jaded heart“, „Last goodbye“) pointing up the broadness and complexity of Hartmann. The catchy single „When your mama was a hippie“ will also be released as video clip and instant grat on September 2nd.
“Shadows & Silhouettes” was co-produced again by Sascha Paeth (Avantasia, Edguy, Kamelot, Beyond The Black, etc.) and mixed/mastered at Gate Studios Wolfsburg/Germany. The iTunes version will include the bonus track “Soul Asylum”.
Additionally to the new studio album, HARTMANN also will re-release the thought after and completely sold out “Handmade” 2008 DVD release as Deluxe Digi-Pack with DVD & CD included on September 30th, 2016.

The Athens, Georgia-based melodic metal band THEOCRACY will release their new album "Ghost Ship" on October 28th in Europe and North America through Ulterium Records. Information on different editions and formats will be announced soon.
With Ghost Ship, Theocracy perfects the lively and fully-realized sound of As the World Bleeds, delivering 10 muscular and streamlined tracks that never lose focus and combine for one memorable journey. You like midtempo singalong anthems? Try the “Ghost Ship” title track. Thrashy rhythms and intensity? “The Wonder of It All” should be to your liking. Emotional ballads with huge melodic hooks? Go “Around the World and Back.” Or if you prefer epic, progressive tracks that do all these things and more, 10-minute album closer “Easter” is sure to be a favorite. Each song on Ghost Ship stands alone and has a unique signature, but every moment sounds unmistakably like Theocracy.
“So many kids were coming up to us after shows and telling us their stories,” says Theocracy vocalist Matt Smith. “A lot of them were searching for purpose and a place to fit in, and having grown up as an awkward and unpopular kid myself, their words really stuck with me. I started thinking about what a band of misfits Jesus’ disciples were: fishermen, tax collectors, and people of little consequence in the eyes of the world. Sometimes the ones most people don’t see, or choose to look straight through—the ghosts of society, as it were, dead to the world—end up having the biggest impact. That’s where the title and idea for Ghost Ship came from: all the misfits, the uncool, the outcasts, there is a place where you do fit in. Although Ghost Ship is not a concept album, this is a recurring theme, particularly in the title track and ‘Castaway.’”

THE MERCY KILLS is a four-piece rock band from St.Kilda (Melbourne) featuring Jen X Costello on bass, Nathalie Gellé on guitar, Josh Black on drums and Mark Entwistle on guitar and vocals. Mark Entwistle began The Mercy Kills in 2006 as a three piece but gigged around Melbourne together as a quartet since 2008. Mark E, Jen X, Nathalie Gelle and Josh Black fell in together over similar tastes in music (Sonic Youth , New York Dolls, Iggy Pop, Ramones…) and the desire to kick out a great live show. Half male-half female distortion fuelled quartet, their music has been described as brash, bold, dirty, energetic, and sleazy. All compliments they’ll gladly accept. THE MERCY KILLS took their name from a line in Rocky Horror (« It was a Mercy Killing »). After recording a couple of EPs, they were proud to finally release their debut album ‘Happy To Kill You’ in 2013. They’ve been lucky to play regularly at some of Melbourne’s finest rock ‘n’ roll venues such as The Espy, The Corner and Cherry Bar. They’ve picked up a few great supports too including Killing Joke, DeathStars, Misfits, and Mi-Sex, some of which saw them travel interstate. They’ve had some other great wins along the way as well. They hooked up with and interviewed legendary New York band, the New York Dolls for Australian Musician. Their track ‘Can’t Stop’ was featured on the soundtrack of an Australian movie called ‘Murderdrome’, the world’s first Rollerderby/slasher/zombie film. Their latest release is a new 4 track EP. Needless to say, their momentum has been building organically year by year to the point where they were able to score our biggest win yet … the support slot for the Courtney Love ‘You Know My Name’ 2014 Australian tour. Since 2015, the band kicked with high energy shows, and is now prepared to kick ass Europe. With the support of PARADISE MOTEL, their first Europe album release, they’re coming for a full throttle tour of clubs and Festivals. So be ready, they’re going to kick your asses like a troop of Tasmanian rock devils.
Formed in Birmingham , Alabama in 2001 after the breakup of Jacob Buntons major label band Mars Electric, Lynam is often aligned with the retro metal movement of the mid-2000 generation. Led by frontman and principal songwriter Jacob Bunton, the band is heavily influenced by Def Leppard and has drawn comparisons to Wolfmother.
From 2002-2004, the band self-released three albums, ”White Trash Superstar”; ”Bling! Bling!” and ”Life In Reverse”. Their fourth, 2006’s Slave To The Machine, was released after the band signed to DRT Records/Universal Records. This album peaked at No. 21 on Billoard’s Top Independent Albums chart and No. 19 on its Top Heatseekers chart. The album’s first single, ”Tanis” achieved the No. 1 spot on both the active rock independentchart and the mainstream rock independent chart. Their fifth album, Tragic City Symphony, was released on August 26, 2008 by New Ocean Media.This album features the song ”Save My Soul,” which peaked at No. 5 on the active rock independent chart. On October 5, 2010, would release their first ever live CD, ”Thank You Good Night”.
The band have since then released two EP’s ”Halfway To Hell” and ”Bombshell”. The band have open up for various bands such as Hinder, Slaughter, Saliva, Fuel, Puddle Of Mudd.
Jacob Bunton has also been the lead vocalist in Steve Adler’s band Adler and sung on Gus G’s latest album.
The band is set to debuting their first release inside Europe, thru Lions Pride Music, with the release of ”Halfway To Hell (Deluxe Version)” which contains the aformentioned EP, the band’s hit singles and some highlights from the previous albums.

AOR Heaven is proud to announce the release of Swedish, upcoming Hard Rock band BULLETRAIN’s second album which is entitled “What You Fear The Most”. The album will be available from September 23rd, 2016. Details about the release and some soundclips in advance are found below.

Crafted through restlessness and wishes for something bigger, the great escape from everyday life began almost exactly ten years ago. The band expanded its fan base by playing along with bands such as Crashdïet, Bullet and Crazy Lixx, as a part of the new wave of Swedish Sleaze. Bulletrain stuck out as a heavier band than its competitors, with influences like Black Sabbath, Skid Row and Pantera.
After various line-up changes and the release of two EP’s and one digital single, AOR Heaven’s CEO Georg Siegl signed the Swedes for his label – the album “Start Talking” finally was released in 2014. Their music got great reviews all around Europe and the band played in Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Netherlands and Belgium together with bands like Epica, Warrior Soul, Hardcore Superstar and mega drummer Mike Terrana getting an overwhelming and great response as a live act.
With their hearts in the songwriting the band felt during the summer of 2015 it was time to start working on their second album and strike while the iron was hot. In November 2015 Bulletrain flew to Riga in Latvia and started recording the music for the ten songs on the album in the great “Sound Division Studios”. Ten days of hard work, high hopes and hangovers was spent in Riga. Then the band flew back to Stockholm, Sweden and headed to RamPacs studio “Ramtitam”(CrashDïet, Mick Mars, Swingfly) to record the vocals. And another intense process that lasted for another ten days was on the roll.
The fall of 2016 is soon here and Bulletrain is ready to bring you a surprise in the dark and show you “What you fear the most”. A ten track CD filled with heavy guitars, high pitched vocals and badass sing-a-long choruses. The album is mixed by the Grammy Award winning producer Tobias Lindell, the mind behind the music from bands like Hardcore Superstar, Europe and H.e.a.t to name a few. A collaboration that took Bulletrain’s music to another level and also introduced the band to the world famous mastering engineer Vlado Meller (SlipKnot, Metallica, Michael Jackson, Pink Floyd).
